1. Consultation Bookings

Consultations with astrologers are booked directly through our platform. The cancellation and refund policy for these services is set forth below.

We encourage users to review these terms carefully before booking a consultation.

2. General Cancellation by User

For Astrologer Consultations:

• If you wish to cancel a booked consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to the astrologer's availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.

For AI-Generated Reports (Vedic Astrology, Palm Reading):

Our AI-generated reports (Vedic Astrology, Palm Reading) are provided free of charge. As such, there are no payments involved and therefore no cancellations or refunds apply to these specific free services.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved for a consultation service, it will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.

We typically aim to process approved refunds within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

4. Cancellation by VedaGarba or Astrologer

In the rare event that VedaGarba or a scheduled astrologer needs to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund for the service.

5. AI Services (Free)

The Vedic Astrology reports and AI Palm Reading services offered on VedaGarba are currently free. As no payment is collected for these services, this cancellation and refund policy does not apply to them.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Site.
